Zac's touch down in San Carlo

The morning of the first day didn’t really go to plan with the showers not functioning properly and I just could not bring my self to brave a cold shower! My first impression of the school was that I thought to myself it was absolutely huge as it took us a very long time to wander around the building, gazing towards the high ceilings and thinking to myself why can’t my school have a swimming pool like this? We then split up into smaller groups to observe the Italian teachers lead a session. Got to be honest at this point I thought the kids were well behaved and had a lot of respect for the teachers, unlike most of the pupils back in England. I thought today was really interesting to get a view of a day in the life as an Italian pupil and I am looking forward to working alongside them and leading a session of my own. Yes and the highlight of the day was when we found out that we got tickets for the Milan v Arsenal game next Wednesday I was buzzin when Jack told us the news that Kiri got us the tickets!
