Day 3:
10/02/12
Liv Loughlin Blog:
Today was much better than the day before, my confidence
when speaking to the Italian kids had improved. Wasn’t afraid to encourage them
to participate or to deliver a drill etc. For the first lesson we played hockey
for about an hour, the Italian kids were so competitive! Then Greg gave us each
a lesson that we had to plan within our groups. As a group we planned two warm
ups and ended the lesson with a game, kids were a lot more disciplined than the
day before and were very good to coach. So overall I enjoyed the morning! The
Italian lesson was also better because of the more frequent breaks and us
completing more work that was on a worksheet instead of copying of a black
board. I feel that I have achieved my goal set the day before which was to be
more confident when speaking Italian within a coaching session.
