The first day we were
just getting settled in to the hostel and with what we were going do be doing
Thursday. Today was our first day to get the chance to go to San Carlo School,
which was a good experience. The school was awesome compared to our school as
in the facilities available such as the swimming pool, the gym/fitness suite
and the several sports halls and even the cafés. The first few days in Milan
have been really interesting to see how the Italians live their lives in
comparison with us. It may just be their culture but to me they seem
inconsiderate and maniac’s when driving! Overall it has been a good few days
& I’m looking forward to the next 2 weeks coaching and leading the Italian
children. Also our leaders Kiri & Jack managed to sort all of us out with
tickets to the AC Milan vs. Arsenal champions league game next Wednesday which is
another exciting thing to look forward to. I am also excited to go sight seeing
in Milan town centre and going shopping!
